โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงอาคารหมายเลข 3911 ซึ่งเป็นบ้านพักของเจ้าหน้าที่กองรักษาการณ์ สร.เขาเขียว โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้บ้านพักมีความเหมาะสมและมีสภาพที่ดีขึ้นสำหรับการใช้งาน โครงการครอบคลุมงานรื้อถอนวัสดุเดิม งานโครงสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสุขาภิบาล รวมถึงงานครุภัณฑ์ประกอบอาคาร เช่น เครื่องปรับอากาศ พัดลม และเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบและรายการที่กำหนด โดยจะต้องเสนอแผนการปฏิบัติงานภายใน 5 วันทำการหลังลงนามในสัญญา และต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 240 วัน มีการแบ่งงวดงานออกเป็น 3 งวด โดยแต่ละงวดมีรายละเอียดงานที่ต้องส่งมอบและอัตราการจ่ายเงินที่แตกต่างกัน
โครงการนี้มีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 3,200,000 บาท (สามล้านสองแสนบาทถ้วน) ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ทางราชการกำหนด และจะต้องยื่นเอกสารต่างๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR อย่างครบถ้วน
