โครงการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำอเนกประสงค์ ขนาด 6,000 ลิตร จำนวน 1 คัน ของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อนำมาใช้สนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยฯ และเพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงรถบรรทุกน้ำคันเดิมที่ทรุดโทรม โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ รถบรรทุกน้ำที่จัดซื้อจะต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กำหนดใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด เช่น ความจุถังน้ำไม่น้อยกว่า 6,000 ลิตร, น้ำหนักรถรวมน้ำหนักบรรทุกไม่ต่ำกว่า 15,000 กิโลกรัม, ใช้เครื่องสูบน้ำเป็นแรงเหวี่ยงหนีศูนย์, ติดตั้งระบบท่อน้ำ/แท่นปืนฉีดน้ำ/ชุดหัวฉีดน้ำ และมีเครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาด 6 สูบ 4 จังหวะ เป็นต้น

ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องส่งมอบรถบรรทุกน้ำภายใน 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยส่งมอบ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ และมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียว 100% เมื่อส่งมอบรถเรียบร้อยพร้อมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอใช้วิธีเกณฑ์ราคา และมีการกำหนดค่าปรับหากส่งมอบงานล่าช้า รวมถึงมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

This project is for the procurement of one 6,000-liter multi-purpose water truck for Songkhla Nakarin University, Hatyai Campus. The main objectives are to support various activities within the university and to reduce maintenance costs for the existing water truck, which is in poor condition. Bidders must meet the legal requirements, such as having the legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and registering in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The water truck must also meet the specific characteristics outlined in the TOR, such as a water tank capacity of no less than 6,000 liters, a total vehicle weight of no less than 15,000 kg, a centrifugal water pump, and the installation of a water pipe system/water cannon platform/nozzle set, and a 6-cylinder, 4-stroke diesel engine, among other specifications.

The winning bidder must deliver the water truck within 150 days from the contract signing date, with delivery at Songkhla Nakarin University, Hatyai Campus. Payment is made in a single installment of 100% upon successful delivery of the truck and all related documents. The selection criteria use the price criterion. Penalties are imposed for late delivery, and there is a warranty for defects for a period of 1 year.
