รายละเอียดการจ้าง
งานจ้างเหมาบริการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายของโรงพยาบาลราชบุรีสําหรับข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางการแพทย์ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุมถึงการซ่อมบำรุง ดูแลรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งด้าน Hardware และ Software ของระบบ Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) DellEMC VXRAIL E560 จำนวน 3 Nodes และระบบสำรองข้อมูล DR Site Dell PER740 นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการปรับปรุงโปรแกรมระบบปฏิบัติการเสมือน VMware vSphere, โปรแกรมบริหารจัดการหน่วยเก็บข้อมูลเสมือน VSAN Advance Edition, โปรแกรมควบคุมระบบปฏิบัติการเสมือน VMware vCenter, และโปรแกรมระบบสำเนาข้อมูล DellEMC RecoverPoint for Virtual Machine รวมถึง Avarma Backup Software ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อย่างน้อยปีละ 4 ครั้ง ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 7 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และรับประกันการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ภายใน 3 วันทำการ และสนับสนุนการตรวจประเมิน Continuing Surveillance Assessment ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ของห้องศูนย์กลางข้อมูลโรงพยาบาลราชบุรี ประจําปี 2025 โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องเซ็นสัญญารักษาความลับ (NDA) กับโรงพยาบาล และให้บริการจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์โดยตรงในเงื่อนไข Dell ProSupport for Infrastructure – Next Business Day ตลอดระยะเวลา 1 ปี
This contract aims to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the Rajaburi Hospital’s mainframe computer system for medical information. It covers the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software for the Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) DellEMC VXRAIL E560 (3 Nodes) and the DR Site Dell PER740 backup system. This includes updating the VMware vSphere virtual operating system, VSAN Advance Edition virtual storage management software, VMware vCenter virtual operating system control software, and DellEMC RecoverPoint for Virtual Machine data replication software, as well as Avarma Backup Software. The contractor must provide preventive maintenance at least 4 times per year, offer 24/7 consultation and troubleshooting, guarantee equipment replacement within 3 business days, and support the Continuing Surveillance Assessment ISO/IEC 27001:2022 of Rajaburi Hospital’s data center in 2025. The contractor must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the hospital and provide services directly from the product owner under Dell ProSupport for Infrastructure – Next Business Day for 1 year.
