โครงการนี้เป็นการซ่อมสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete) ในพื้นที่ หมู่ที่ 2 บ้านชุมพลสามัคคี ตำบลตากฟ้า อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยมีขนาดความกว้างของผิวจราจร 6.00 เมตร และระยะทางยาว 2,228.00 เมตร มีความหนา 0.05 เมตร (ไม่มีไหล่ทาง) หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 13,368 ตารางเมตร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมขนส่งในพื้นที่ ให้ประชาชนสามารถเดินทางได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงพื้นผิวถนนเดิมให้มีความเรียบสม่ำเสมอ การลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตใหม่ และการติดตั้งป้ายจราจรเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย การดำเนินโครงการจะอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างเข้มงวดเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่างานที่ออกมามีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ TOR
