รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ในซอยสุขสันต์ หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลปลวกแดง อำเภอปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยอง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โดยจะทำการก่อสร้างถนน คสล. กว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 520.00 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 2,600 ตารางเมตร ตามรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบแปลนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปลวกแดง
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามรูปแบบและรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา รวมถึงการจัดหาวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท การจัดการจราจรและการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง การดูแลความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับสาธารณูปโภค การจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการสอบเขตที่ดินก่อนเริ่มงาน จัดทำป้ายแสดงเขตงานก่อสร้าง และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้างเพื่อให้งานแล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
โครงการนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ โดยกำหนดให้ใช้ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในโครงการ
The project aims to construct a reinforced concrete (RC) road in Soi Suksan, Moo 3, Pluak Daeng Subdistrict, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province, to facilitate transportation for the local community. The road will be 5.00 meters wide, 520.00 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, covering an area of at least 2,600 square meters, as specified in the Pluak Daeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s blueprints.
The contractor must construct according to the specifications and details outlined in the contract, including providing quality materials and equipment that meet rural highway standards. They are also responsible for traffic management, accident prevention during construction, handling damages to utilities, providing qualified personnel, and adhering to safety regulations.
Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for land surveying before starting work, setting up construction zone signs, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction to ensure the project is completed according to its objectives.
The project emphasizes the use of domestically produced materials, requiring that they account for no less than 50% of the total material value and that domestically produced steel accounts for no less than 90% of the total steel used in the project.
