การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขโครงข่ายสายใยแก้วนําแสง พร้อมจัดหาอุปกรณ์ประกอบการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข ในพื้นที่จำหน่ายของ กฟน. เขตนวลจันทร์ มีนบุรี ลาดกระบัง บางนา บางพลี และสมุทรปราการ ครั้งที่ 2 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสื่อสารที่ใช้งานผ่านสายใยแก้วนําแสงมีความพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ และป้องกันไม่ให้ระบบควบคุมระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขโครงข่ายสายใยแก้วนําแสง พร้อมจัดหาอุปกรณ์ประกอบการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะต้องดำเนินการสำรวจ ตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ แก้ไข ซ่อมแซม ติดตั้ง และบำรุงรักษาโครงข่ายสายใยแก้วนําแสงของ กฟน. รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ประกอบ โดยใช้วิธี Corrective & Preventive Maintenance ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องมือวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ทั้งหมด รวมถึงการจัดหาแรงงานที่มีฝีมือดีเพื่อดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไข หรือเปลี่ยน ADSS-FR Optical Fiber Cable พร้อมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามเส้นทางที่ กฟน. แจ้ง ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้การได้ดีดังเดิมอยู่ตลอดเวลา โดยปฏิบัติงานแบบเตรียมความพร้อม ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวันตลอดอายุสัญญา

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดเก็บสายใยแก้วนําแสงที่ซ่อมแซมให้อยู่ในสภาพที่เรียบร้อยตามมาตรฐานของ กฟน. และมีผลการทดสอบตามที่ระบุไว้ โดยมีจุดต้นทางและปลายทางอยู่ที่ Pigtail ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายใน FDF และ/หรือ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายใน OFDF และ/หรือ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ก่อนเชื่อมต่อเข้าอุปกรณ์สื่อสารของ กฟน.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) intends to hire maintenance and repair services for fiber optic cable networks, along with the provision of repair equipment, in the service areas of MEA districts Nuanchan, Minburi, Ladkrabang, Bangna, Bangpli, and Samut Prakan, Phase 2. The objective is to ensure the communication system using fiber optic cables is always ready for use and to prevent the failure of the power distribution control system.

The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of the fiber optic cable network, along with the provision of repair equipment. The successful bidder must survey, inspect, test, correct, repair, install, and maintain the MEA’s fiber optic cable network and related equipment using Corrective & Preventive Maintenance methods. The contractor must provide all tools, materials, equipment, and skilled labor to perform maintenance, repair, or replacement of ADSS-FR Optical Fiber Cable and related equipment along the routes specified by the MEA, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times, with 24-hour readiness throughout the contract period.

The contractor must store the repaired fiber optic cables in proper condition according to MEA standards and provide test results as specified. The starting and ending points are the pigtails installed inside the FDF and/or installed inside the OFDF and/or installed before connecting to the MEA’s communication equipment.
