ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้ประกอบการเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาโครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำหรับศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหอดูดาวและวิศวกรรม สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) ประกอบด้วย 4 รายการ ได้แก่ เครื่องทำลายเอกสาร จำนวน 1 เครื่อง งบประมาณ 5,200 บาท, ชุดรับแขกพร้อมโต๊ะกลาง จำนวน 1 ชุด งบประมาณ 90,000 บาท, โต๊ะประชุมขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ที่นั่ง จำนวน 1 ชุด งบประมาณ 21,400 บาท และโต๊ะพับอเนกประสงค์ จำนวน 6 ตัว งบประมาณ 21,600 บาท

ผู้สนใจสามารถยื่นข้อเสนอได้โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง โดยเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา

สำหรับชุดรับแขกและโต๊ะประชุม ผู้ยื่นเสนอราคาจะต้องนำเสนอรูปตัวอย่างครุภัณฑ์และแสดงรายละเอียดของครุภัณฑ์ด้วย

กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วัน ถึง 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ขึ้นอยู่กับรายการครุภัณฑ์

Invitation to entrepreneurs to participate in bidding for the procurement of equipment for the Observatory and Engineering Operations Center, National Astronomical Research Institute (Public Organization), consisting of 4 items: 1 shredder with a budget of 5,200 baht, 1 set of reception furniture with a coffee table with a budget of 90,000 baht, a meeting table for at least 6 people with a budget of 21,400 baht, and 6 multipurpose folding tables with a budget of 21,600 baht.

Interested parties can submit proposals, provided they meet the specified qualifications, such as having legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and being registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. The selection criteria will be based on price.

For the reception furniture and meeting table, bidders must provide sample images and details of the equipment.

Delivery is required within 30 to 60 days from the date of contract signing, depending on the equipment item.
