โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องปั่นตกตะกอนแบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ (Centrifuge) จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งงานวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ เช่น การตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคกุ้ง การศึกษาระบบการต้านเชื้อก่อโรค การค้นหาสารชีวภาพเพื่อเสริมภูมิคุ้มกัน และการพัฒนาชุดตรวจโรคกุ้ง เครื่องปั่นตกตะกอนนี้จะช่วยในการเตรียมตัวอย่างสารพันธุกรรม โปรตีน และเซลล์ เพื่อให้การศึกษาวิจัยดำเนินไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาเครื่องปั่นตกตะกอนที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น สามารถเปลี่ยนหัวปั่นได้หลากหลาย, ควบคุมอุณหภูมิได้ในช่วง -20 ถึง 40 องศาเซลเซียส, มีความเร็วรอบสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 18,000 รอบต่อนาที, และมีระบบความปลอดภัยต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เช่น หัวปั่นเหวี่ยงแบบ Bio-Certified และ Conical tube, อุปกรณ์ปรับปริมาตร, โต๊ะสำหรับวางเครื่อง, และเครื่องปรับแรงดันไฟฟ้าอัตโนมัติ
ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบเครื่องภายใน 120 วัน พร้อมติดตั้ง, ทดสอบการใช้งาน, และฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงการรับประกันคุณภาพเครื่องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี และการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
This project aims to procure one temperature-controlled centrifuge to support research related to bioeconomy, circular economy, and green economy development, particularly in aquaculture biotechnology, such as shrimp disease diagnosis, pathogen resistance studies, immune-enhancing substance discovery, and shrimp disease detection kit development. This centrifuge will aid in preparing genetic material, protein, and cell samples to enhance research efficiency.
The scope of work includes providing a centrifuge with specified features, such as multiple rotor options, temperature control from -20 to 40 degrees Celsius, a maximum speed of at least 18,000 rpm, and various safety systems. It also requires accessories like Bio-Certified and Conical tube rotors, volume adjustment tools, a table for the centrifuge, and an automatic voltage stabilizer.
The supplier must deliver the equipment within 120 days, including installation, testing, user training on operation and maintenance, a minimum of 1 year product warranty, and provide maintenance as specified.
