โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) สายมาบใหญ่ ซอย 7 ในจังหวัดระยอง โดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นที่หน้าหมู่บ้านเทพรัตน์ ไปจนถึงถนนเจริญสุข ถนนมีความกว้าง 6 เมตร ยาว 986 เมตร และหนา 0.20 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 5,916 ตารางเมตร โครงการรวมถึงการวางท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. (ตามมาตรฐาน มอก.) ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.60 เมตร พร้อมบ่อพักทั้งสองข้าง และการก่อสร้างรางวีตามแบบของ อบจ.ระยอง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร, สัญญาณไฟกระพริบ, ป้ายต่างๆ, การตีเส้นผิวจราจร, การติดตั้ง Rumble Strips, และ Guard Rail ผิวจราจรคอนกรีตต้องมีค่าดัชนีความขรุขระสากล (International Roughness Index, IRI) ไม่เกิน 3.5 m./km. วัสดุที่ใช้ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกำหนด และเหล็กที่ใช้ต้องผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 90%

This project involves the construction and improvement of a reinforced concrete road (R.C.R.) on Mab Yai Soi 7 in Rayong Province. The road starts in front of Thepparat Village and ends at Charoen Suk Road. The road is 6 meters wide, 986 meters long, and 0.20 meters thick, with a total road surface area of no less than 5,916 square meters. The project includes the installation of R.C. drainage pipes (according to TIS standards) with a diameter of 0.60 meters, manholes on both sides, and V-shaped gutters according to the Rayong PAO design. Additionally, it includes the installation of traffic signs, flashing lights, various signs, road markings, Rumble Strips, and Guard Rails. The concrete road surface must have an International Roughness Index (IRI) of no more than 3.5 m/km. The materials used must meet specified standards, and at least 90% of the steel used must be produced domestically.
