เทศบาลเมืองสนั่นรักษ์ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. พร้อมวางท่อระบายน้ำ บริเวณซอยโรงหมู หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบึงน้ำรักษ์ อำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยมีขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 250.00 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,250.00 ตารางเมตร ผิวทางหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการรื้อผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตเดิมออก, ปรับเกรดพื้นผิว, วางท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. และก่อสร้างบ่อพัก ค.ส.ล. ตามแบบมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างของท้องถิ่น ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาผู้ควบคุมงานที่มีคุณวุฒิไม่ต่ำกว่า ปวส. สาขาช่างก่อสร้าง, ช่างโยธา หรือเทียบเท่า และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับอาคารใกล้เคียงหรือบุคคลภายนอก ทั้งนี้ คอนกรีตที่ใช้ต้องเป็นคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จที่มีกำลังอัดตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และต้องใช้เหล็กและวัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยตามอัตราส่วนที่ระบุใน TOR ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดการจราจรให้สะดวกตลอดระยะเวลาการก่อสร้าง และติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและถาวรตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด

Sanunrak Municipality intends to construct a reinforced concrete ( ค.ส.ล. ) road with drainage pipe installation in Soi Rong Mu, Village No. 2, Bueng Nam Rak Subdistrict, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. The road will have a width of 5.00 meters, a length of 250.00 meters, and an average thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of at least 1,250.00 square meters. The contractor is required to remove the existing asphalt concrete surface, grade the surface, install reinforced concrete drainage pipes, and construct reinforced concrete manholes according to local construction standards. The contractor must provide a supervisor with a qualification of at least a High Vocational Certificate ( ปวส. ) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and be responsible for any damage caused to nearby buildings or external parties. The concrete used must be ready-mixed concrete with the specified compressive strength, and Thai-produced steel and materials must be used according to the ratios specified in the TOR. The contractor must maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the construction period and install temporary and permanent project signs as specified.
