โรงพยาบาลชัยภูมิ มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการทางการแพทย์เพื่อรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด เพื่อลดการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไปยังโรงพยาบาลนอกเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 และลดระยะเวลารอคอยการรักษา โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจในจังหวัดชัยภูมิและเขตสุขภาพที่ 9, ลดการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยนอกเขต, ลดการรอคอยการผ่าตัด, ลดอัตราการเสียชีวิต, และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารการเงินของโรงพยาบาลชัยภูมิ

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่เพื่อติดตั้งเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์, การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ, การจัดหาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ (อายุรแพทย์โรคหัวใจ, พยาบาลวิชาชีพ), และการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการปรับปรุง, ค่าบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ, และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้รับจ้างจะได้รับค่าจ้างตามอัตราค่ารักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยใน (Adjust RW) และค่าอุปกรณ์ในการทำหัตถการ โดยอิงตามราคาต่อหน่วยและสิทธิตามกองทุนของผู้ป่วย ระยะเวลาการจ้างคือประมาณ 9 เดือน (มกราคม - กันยายน 2568) ด้วยงบประมาณ 60,000,000 บาท

Chaiyaphum Hospital intends to contract medical services for the treatment of heart disease and ischemic heart disease patients, aiming to reduce patient referrals to hospitals outside Health Region 9 and decrease treatment waiting times. The project aims to enhance the medical treatment capabilities for heart patients in Chaiyaphum Province and Health Region 9, reduce patient referrals outside the region, decrease surgery waiting times, lower mortality rates, and improve the financial management efficiency of Chaiyaphum Hospital.

The scope of work includes renovating buildings to install medical equipment, maintaining equipment, providing medical personnel (cardiologists, professional nurses), and delivering medical services according to professional standards. The contractor is responsible for renovation costs, equipment maintenance, and other related expenses.

The contractor will be compensated based on the inpatient treatment rate (Adjust RW) and the cost of equipment used in procedures, based on unit prices and patient fund entitlements. The contract period is approximately 9 months (January - September 2025), with a budget of 60,000,000 Baht.
