โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ภายใต้โครงการบริหารจัดการระบบสํารองข้อมูลของกรมศุลกากร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ในการให้บริการแก่ผู้นําเข้า ผู้ส่งออก และประชาชน สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่มีวันหยุด

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM), การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดปัญหา, และการบริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคตลอดอายุสัญญา นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการบํารุงรักษาและพัฒนา Application Software, System Software และ Environmental Software ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งหรือพัฒนาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 หรือสูงกว่า รวมถึงต้องมีทีมงานที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการให้บริการและสนับสนุนระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เสมือน (Virtual Machine) ได้เป็นอย่างดี

This project involves hiring services for maintaining and repairing computers, processing equipment, and computer systems under the Customs Department’s data backup management project. The objective is to ensure the continuous operation of computer systems used to serve importers, exporters, and the public, 24/7.

The scope of work includes preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting and repairs, and technical support throughout the contract period. It also covers the maintenance and development of related application software, system software, and environmental software.

The contractor must meet specific qualifications, such as being a legal entity registered in Thailand with experience in computer system installation or development, and ISO 9001:2015 or higher certification. They must also have a knowledgeable team capable of providing support for virtual machine systems.
