โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อชุด Violet Laser Upgrade Kit สำหรับเครื่องวิเคราะห์และแยกเก็บเซลล์แบบอัตโนมัติ (Cell sorter) เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว (BCG) โดยเฉพาะในส่วนของยาและวัคซีน ชุดอุปกรณ์นี้จะถูกนำไปใช้ในการคัดเลือกและแยกเซลล์ที่มีความสำคัญในการพัฒนา high-throughput virus assay, การแยก primary immune cells สำหรับการพัฒนาวัคซีนและทดสอบยา และการพัฒนาระบบนำส่งยาต้านไวรัส

This project aims to procure a Violet Laser Upgrade Kit for an automated cell analyzer and sorter (Cell sorter) to support the development of the Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, and Green Economy (BCG), particularly in the area of drugs and vaccines. This equipment will be used for selecting and separating cells that are important in the development of high-throughput virus assays, isolating primary immune cells for vaccine and drug development, and developing antiviral drug delivery systems.
The scope of work includes supplying a Violet Laser Upgrade Kit with specified features, such as a violet laser light source with a wavelength of 405 nm, compatibility with the FACSAria III instrument, a Photomultiplier fluorescence detector, and filters for detecting various colors such as Brilliant Violet 421, 510, 605, 650, 711, and 786 or equivalent.
The vendor is required to install, test, and provide training on the operation and maintenance of the equipment to users until they can use it effectively within 90 days of signing the contract, and provide a 2-year product quality guarantee.
