โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนในหมู่ที่ 4-7 ตำบลพุทเลา อำเภอบางปะหัน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยจะทำการเปลี่ยนผิวจราจรจากแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตเป็นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (Joint Reinforced Concrete Pavement - JRCP) มีความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร และระยะทางรวม 733.00 เมตร โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการโดยการรื้อผิวจราจรเดิม ปรับปรุงพื้นทางเดิมให้ได้ระดับ และก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กใหม่ พร้อมทั้งลงวัสดุหินคลุกไหล่ทางและทำเครื่องหมายจราจรบนผิวทาง รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายจราจรและหลักนำโค้ง การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท และผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด รวมถึงเหล็กที่ใช้ต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project aims to improve the road in Moo 4-7, Phutlao Subdistrict, Bang Pahan District, Ayutthaya Province. The existing asphalt concrete pavement will be replaced with Joint Reinforced Concrete Pavement (JRCP), with a width of 5.00 meters, a thickness of 0.15 meters, and a total length of 733.00 meters. The project includes demolition of the existing pavement, leveling the road base, and constructing a new reinforced concrete pavement. Shoulders will be constructed with crushed rock, and traffic markings, traffic signs and road delineators will be installed. Construction must comply with the Department of Rural Roads standards, and the contractor must use materials manufactured domestically, not less than 60 percent of the total material value. Furthermore, at least 90 percent of the steel used must be domestic products.
