โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์เม็ดเลือดอัตโนมัติ (CBC) ชนิด 5-Part differential พร้อมน้ำยาที่ใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลบางปะหัน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี โดยเครื่องมือและน้ำยาที่ใช้ต้องได้มาตรฐานสากล (US FDA หรือ CE mark) และโรงงานผลิตต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO13485 ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องใหม่ที่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น เครื่องสำรองไฟและเครื่องพิมพ์ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบการเชื่อมต่อระบบ LIS เข้ากับระบบ HIS ของโรงพยาบาล การดูแลรักษาเครื่อง การฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ และการจัดหาสารควบคุมคุณภาพ (IQC) และเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม External Quality Assessment (EQA) นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องมีหนังสือแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศ และยินดีลดราคาหากมีการทดสอบเพิ่มขึ้นตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

The objective of this project is to lease an automated hematology analyzer (CBC) of the 5-Part differential type along with reagents for analysis to Bang Pahan Hospital, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, for a period of 2 years. The equipment and reagents used must meet international standards (US FDA or CE mark), and the manufacturing plant must be ISO13485 certified. The lessor must provide new, unused equipment along with accessories such as a UPS and a printer for test results, and be responsible for connecting the LIS system to the hospital’s HIS system, maintaining the equipment, training staff, and providing quality control substances (IQC), and participate in the External Quality Assessment (EQA) program. In addition, the lessor must have a letter of appointment as a distributor from a distributor in the country and be willing to reduce the price if the number of tests increases as specified.
