โรงพยาบาลเพชรบูรณ์ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ช่วยเหลือผู้พิการ จำนวน 7 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้พิการอันเนื่องมาจากการประสบภัยที่เกิดจากการใช้รถใช้ถนนในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 858,500 บาท

รายการอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย ขาเทียมระดับเหนือเข่าพร้อมข้อเข่าแบบ Safety knee และข้อเท้าแบบ Energy storage foot, ชุดตัวปรับหมุนข้อเข่าเพื่อการนั่งพับเพียบ, ขาเทียมระดับใต้เข่าระบบแกนในพร้อมเท้าเทียมชนิดมีแรงส่ง, รถนั่งคนพิการแบบช่วยเหลือตนเองได้, หัวลากรถนั่งคนพิการแบบขับเคลื่อนด้วยระบบไฟฟ้า, รถนั่งคนพิการแบบขับเคลื่อนด้วยระบบไฟฟ้าชนิดพับได้, และเบาะรองนั่งป้องกันแผลกดทับ

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 60 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะมีการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของตามเงื่อนไขเฉพาะของรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะแต่ละรายการ

Phetchabun Hospital intends to purchase 7 items of assistive devices for persons with disabilities via e-bidding, with the objective of assisting people with disabilities due to accidents caused by road traffic in Phetchabun Province. The allocated budget for this project is 858,500 THB.

The items to be purchased include above-knee prostheses with Safety knee and Energy storage foot, Knee rotator kits for sitting cross-legged, below-knee prostheses with Energy storage foot, self-propelled wheelchairs, electric-powered wheelchair towing devices, foldable electric-powered wheelchairs, and anti-decubitus seat cushions.

Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and must deliver the items within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. The selection of the proposal will be based on price criteria. The winning bidder must guarantee the defects of the purchased items according to the specific conditions of each item’s specifications.
