This project involves the construction of Highway No. 21, section between Lom Kao District and Loei Province, specifically from Rong Chik Sub-district to San Tom Sub-district, section 3. The project starts at km 367+750.000 and ends at km 376+625.000, with a total distance of 8.875 kilometers. The main tasks include road construction and improvement, construction of new concrete bridges, widening of existing bridges, infrastructure management (e.g., drainage systems, lighting poles, traffic signs), and demolition of existing structures (bridges, culverts, pavements, etc.). It also includes subgrade improvement, asphalt concrete surfacing, concrete work, and other related tasks to meet the standards of the Department of Highways.
