กรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่งมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างต่อเรือสำรวจทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง จำนวน 1 ลำ เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจหลักในการสำรวจ วิจัย และอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยเรือที่ต่อจะต้องมีความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 75 ฟุต สามารถปฏิบัติภารกิจในทะเล Sea state II ได้ มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับสนับสนุนนักประดาน้ำ และการฝึกดำน้ำ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานออกแบบและต่อเรือตามมาตรฐานสากล พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น เช่น เครื่องมือสื่อสารและเครื่องมือเดินเรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาเรือให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมฯ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการต่อเรืออลูมิเนียมอัลลอยด์ มีบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถเฉพาะทาง และมีใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องนำเสนอการออกแบบเรือในรูปแบบ 3 มิติ และจะต้องมีการทดสอบเรือทั้งในระหว่างการสร้างและหลังจากการต่อเรือเสร็จสิ้น
This project is for the procurement of a marine and coastal resource survey vessel with a minimum length of 75 feet, totaling 1 vessel. The purpose of the project is to enhance the operational capabilities of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources in conducting surveys, research, and conservation efforts. The vessel must have high performance capabilities, suitable for various missions such as promoting knowledge, research, and inspecting marine resources. Bidders must meet the legal qualifications, have experience in constructing aluminum alloy vessels, possess specialized personnel, and hold the relevant factory licenses. Bidders must present the vessel design in 3D format and the vessel must undergo tests during construction and upon completion.
