โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างงานภูมิทัศน์และสถาปัตยกรรมทางหลวง บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ตอน พิมพา - หนองข้างคอก บริเวณทางแยกต่างระดับบ้านบึง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาปรับปรุงทัศนียภาพ เพิ่มอัตลักษณ์ และสร้างจุดพักสายตาสำหรับผู้ใช้ทาง รวมถึงส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีด้วยการปลูกต้นไม้ โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายที่จะยกระดับภูมิทัศน์ให้สวยงาม เป็นประตูสู่อาเซียน และสร้างความประทับใจให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้เดินทาง งบประมาณของโครงการอยู่ที่ 17,500,000.00 บาท ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ งานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน และงานบำรุงรักษาแล้วเสร็จภายใน 360 วัน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นผู้รับเหมาที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมทางหลวง มีผลงานก่อสร้างและบำรุงรักษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีบุคลากรที่มีคุณวุฒิเหมาะสม เช่น นักวิชาการเกษตร ภูมิสถาปนิก วิศวกรโยธา และรุกขกร การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี

This project is a bidding process for the construction of landscape and highway architecture work on Highway 7, Phimpa - Nong Khang Khok section, at Ban Bueng Interchange. The objectives are to improve the scenery, add identity, and create rest areas for road users, as well as promote a good environment by planting trees. This project aims to upgrade the landscape to be beautiful, a gateway to ASEAN, and impress tourists and travelers. The project budget is 17,500,000.00 baht. The duration of the project is divided into 2 parts: landscape improvement work completed within 120 days and maintenance work completed within 360 days. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as being a contractor registered with the Department of Highways, having relevant construction and maintenance experience, and having qualified personnel such as agricultural scientists, landscape architects, civil engineers, and arborists. The selection will be based on price as the main criterion, and the winner must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of 2 years.
