โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างบ้านพักพนักงานสูบน้ํา ซึ่งเป็นอาคารชั้นเดียวใต้ถุนสูง มีโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กที่แข็งแรง และหลังคามุงด้วยกระเบื้องลอนคู่สีขาวขนาด 0.50 x 1.20 ม.
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานสถาปัตยกรรม: ผนังก่ออิฐบล็อคฉาบปูนเรียบ, พื้น ค.ส.ล. ขัดมัน/ปูกระเบื้อง, ฝ้าเพดานยิปซัมบอร์ด, การทาสี (สีรองพื้น 1 ครั้ง, สีทับหน้า 2 ครั้ง)

- งานสุขาภิบาล: การติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ (โถส้วม, อ่างล้างมือ, ฯลฯ), ระบบท่อประปา, ท่อระบายน้ํา, บ่อเกรอะ-บ่อซึม
- งานภายนอก: รั้วลวดหนาม เสาคอนกรีตอัดแรง, ป้ายชื่อสถานีสูบน้ํา

This project aims to construct a residence for pumping station staff. The building will be a single-story structure with an elevated floor, featuring a reinforced concrete structure and a roof covered with white corrugated tiles (0.50 x 1.20 m).
The scope of work includes:
- Architectural Work: Smooth plastered brick walls, polished/tiled concrete floors, gypsum board ceilings, painting (1 primer coat, 2 topcoats).
- Structural Work: Foundations, columns, beams, floors, and concrete stairs according to the design.
- Electrical System: Installation of fluorescent lamps, outlets, switches, and electrical wiring according to standards.
- Sanitation System: Installation of sanitary ware (toilets, sinks, etc.), plumbing, drainage, septic tank.
- Exterior Work: Barbed wire fence with reinforced concrete posts, station name sign.
The contractor must strictly adhere to the designs and specifications, use high-quality materials that meet TIS standards, and implement consistent quality control to ensure the project’s quality and objectives are met.
