โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างบ้านพักข้าราชการประเภททาวน์เฮ้าส์ 2 ชั้น จำนวน 4 ยูนิต ณ สำนักงานสรรพสามิตพื้นที่นครพนม สาขาธาตุพนม โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดสร้างที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับข้าราชการในพื้นที่ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่ การก่อสร้างโครงสร้างอาคาร งานสถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบสุขาภิบาล ระบบไฟฟ้า ไปจนถึงงานภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคาร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบแปลน รายการประกอบแบบ และข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสาร TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้าง และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างอาคาร

This project involves the construction of a 2-story townhouse for government officials (4 units) at the Nakhon Phanom Excise Office, That Phanom Branch. The objective of this project is to build residential housing for government officials in the area. The contractor will be responsible for all construction work, including site preparation, building structure construction, architectural work, sanitary systems, electrical systems, and landscaping around the building. The contractor must carry out the construction according to the blueprints, specifications, and technical requirements specified in the TOR document strictly, as well as comply with construction safety standards and other requirements related to building construction.
