โครงการ “เชียงใหม่เมืองแห่งอุตสาหกรรมและธุรกิจสุขภาพระดับโลก” มีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่ 2 กิจกรรมหลัก: (1) การบ่มเพาะและสร้างผู้ประกอบการใหม่ในอุตสาหกรรมและธุรกิจสุขภาพ (Health & Wellness Startup Creation) และ (2) การยกระดับและสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร เพื่อนำไปสู่การผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์มูลค่าสูงในอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพ (Hight Value Health & Wellness Product) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการ, สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่อุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพ, และยกระดับให้เชียงใหม่เป็นเมืองแห่งอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพระดับโลก

กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพ และเกษตรกร/วิสาหกิจชุมชนที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 210 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีงบประมาณ 3,700,000 บาท ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินงานตามขอบเขตที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR, ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น การอบรม, การให้คำปรึกษา, และการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน นอกจากนี้, ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบผลผลิต (Deliverables) ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการใหม่ที่มีความสามารถสูงขึ้นอย่างน้อย 50 ราย, และผลิตภัณฑ์มูลค่าสูงในอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพอย่างน้อย 50 ผลิตภัณฑ์

This project, “Chiang Mai World Class Wellness City,” aims to develop the health and wellness industry in Chiang Mai. The main activities include (1) fostering and creating new entrepreneurs in the health and wellness industry (Health & Wellness Startup Creation) and (2) upgrading and adding value to agricultural products to create high-value products in the health and wellness industry (High Value Health & Wellness Product). The project objectives are to enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurs, increase the value of the health industry, and elevate Chiang Mai to a world-class wellness city.

The target groups are entrepreneurs in the health industry and farmers/community enterprises in Chiang Mai. The project duration is 210 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 3,700,000 baht. The contractor must perform the work within the scope outlined in the TOR, including organizing activities such as training, consultations, and preparing operational reports. In addition, the contractor must deliver key deliverables, including at least 50 new entrepreneurs with enhanced capabilities, and at least 50 high-value products in the health industry.
