Summary: The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) is inviting bids for the service of a Cellular Network system for 4,227 units to connect FRTU/FDCU devices and Master Radio to the SCADA/TDMS system and IWOS devices. The winning bidder must procure, install, and provide Data Sim cards with an unlimited data package, supporting 3G/4G LTE, including connection to the SCADA/TDMS system and the design of a communication network. The Cellular Network must be able to transmit data from PEA’s Modem and/or Router devices to the SCADA/TDMS system at the headquarters and PEA Rangsit office.
