โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อซ่อมแซมถนนผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต รหัสทางหลวงท้องถิ่น พช.ถ.๑๑๖-๐๐๑ สายไร่ตาพุฒ หมู่ที่ ๙ ซึ่งมีความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร, ความยาว 1,730.00 เมตร, และความหนา 0.04 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 4,650 ตารางเมตร โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถเดินทางได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว ลดปัญหาการคมนาคมขนส่ง และตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงลดปัญหาฝุ่นละอองที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณใกล้เคียง
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการซ่อมแซมถนนตามขนาดที่กำหนด การจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงาน การตรวจสอบวัสดุงานทาง การออกแบบส่วนผสมแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีตตามมาตรฐาน การติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์และป้ายโครงการชั่วคราว
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 120 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 1 งวด ซึ่งจะจ่ายเมื่อผู้รับจ้างดำเนินการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์, มีพื้นที่ซ่อมแซมตามที่กำหนด, ทำการเจาะสำรวจความหนาของถนน, และติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและป้ายมาตรฐานโครงการ

This project aims to repair the asphalt concrete road surface, Local Highway Code PCH.Tor.116-001, Rai Ta Phut Route, Village No. 9, with a width of 5.00 meters, a length of 1,730.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.04 meters, or a total area of not less than 4,650 square meters. The objectives are to facilitate public transportation, meet the needs of the local population, and reduce dust pollution. The project is being carried out by the Samyaek Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province.
The scope of work includes repairing the road to the specified dimensions, preparing a work plan, inspecting road materials, designing asphalt concrete mixtures according to standards, and installing public relations signs and temporary project signs.
The contractor must deliver all work within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. Payment will be made in one installment, which will be paid when the contractor installs public relations signs, completes the specified repair area, performs core sampling to inspect the road thickness, and installs temporary and standard project signs.
The Samyaek Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province, is the unit responsible for implementing this project.
