โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตบนถนนทางหลวงชนบทหมายเลข รน.1006 (แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 - บ้านกระนัย) ในพื้นที่อำเภอกระบุรี จังหวัดระนอง โดยใช้วิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ระยะทางรวม 0.970 กิโลเมตร ตั้งแต่ กม.0+330 ถึง กม.1+300
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

1. การขุดรื้อและปรับปรุงชั้นโครงสร้างทางเดิมโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ความลึก 0.20 เมตร ผสมปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภทหนึ่งไม่น้อยกว่า 3.5% โดยน้ำหนัก
2. การปูผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต หนา 0.05 เมตร
3. การทำ Prime Coat และ Tack Coat
4. การติดตั้งป้ายจราจรตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท
5. การตีเส้นจราจรด้วยวัสดุเทอร์โมพลาสติก
6. งานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ เช่น การตัดหญ้าสองข้างทาง
   โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ถนนมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และปลอดภัยในการใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงปรับปรุงทัศนียภาพโดยรอบให้ดีขึ้น

This project aims to repair and improve the asphalt concrete pavement on Rural Highway Route No. Ron. 1006 (Highway No. 4 Intersection - Ban Kranai) in Kraburi District, Ranong Province, using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method. The total distance is 0.970 kilometers, from km 0+330 to km 1+300. The scope of work includes: 1. Excavation and improvement of the existing pavement structure using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method, with a depth of 0.20 meters, mixed with Portland cement type one, not less than 3.5% by weight. 2. Laying a 0.05 meter thick asphalt concrete surface. 3. Applying Prime Coat and Tack Coat. 4. Installation of traffic signs according to the Department of Rural Roads standards. 5. Pavement marking with thermoplastic materials. 6. Landscape improvement, such as cutting grass on both sides of the road. The goal is to make the road stronger, more durable, and safer to use, as well as improving the surrounding landscape.
