โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กในหมู่ที่ ๔ ตำบลป่าแป๋ อำเภอแม่สะเรียง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยมีขนาดความกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ความยาว 1,130 เมตร และความหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ทั้งหมดไม่น้อยกว่า 4,520 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งโคมไฟถนนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบประกอบในชุดเดียว (นวัตกรรมไทย ๐๗๐๑๐๐๑๔) จำนวน 50 ชุด โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการคมนาคมขนส่งที่ไม่สะดวก ลดอุบัติเหตุ ลดปัญหามลภาวะจากฝุ่นถนนลูกรัง ส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชน ยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของชุมชน และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางของผู้ใช้เส้นทาง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลป่าแป๋ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนเฉพาะกิจสำหรับดำเนินการโครงการนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนในพื้นที่

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road in Moo 4, Pa Pae Subdistrict, Mae Sariang District, Mae Hong Son Province. The road will be 4.00 meters wide, 1,130 meters long, and have an average thickness of 0.15 meters, covering a total area of at least 4,520 square meters. The project also includes the installation of 50 sets of all-in-one solar street lights (Thai innovation ๐๗๐๑๐๐๑๔). The objectives of this project are to improve transportation, reduce accidents, minimize pollution from dust on unpaved roads, promote public health, upgrade community infrastructure, and enhance road safety for users. The Pa Pae Subdistrict Administration Organization has received earmarked funds to implement this project, aiming to improve the quality of life and well-being of the local community.
