โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก รหัสทางหลวงท้องถิ่นหมายเลข ลบ.ถ.55-013 (สายจากทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 3353 - โรงเรียนบ้านบ่อดินสอพอง) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ หมู่ที่ 1 บ้านดงดินแดง ตำบลดงดินแดง อำเภอหนองม่วง จังหวัดลพบุรี โครงการนี้มีขนาดความกว้าง 5 เมตร ยาว 372 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางลงหินคลุกกว้างข้างละ 0.50 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,860 ตารางเมตร องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดงดินแดงเป็นเจ้าของโครงการ ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบแปลน รายละเอียดวัสดุและวิธีการก่อสร้างที่กำหนดใน TOR รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการใช้วัสดุและครุภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้สินค้า/ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในประเทศ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุหรือครุภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 หากมีการใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างที่เป็นเหล็ก

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road, Local Highway Code No. LB.Th.55-013 (from Highway No. 3353 - Ban Bo Din So Phong School), located at Moo 1, Dong Din Daeng Village, Dong Din Daeng Sub-district, Nong Muang District, Lopburi Province. The road will be 5 meters wide, 372 meters long, 0.15 meters thick, with gravel shoulders 0.50 meters wide on each side, totaling an area of not less than 1,860 square meters. The owner of the project is the Dong Din Daeng Sub-district Administrative Organization. The contractor must adhere to the construction materials and methods specified in the TOR, including the installation of project public relations signs and compliance with the requirements regarding the use of materials and equipment produced domestically to promote the use of goods/products manufactured in the country. The contractor must use materials or equipment manufactured domestically not less than 60 percent of the total value of materials and at least 90 percent of the steel, if steel is used in the construction.
