โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงผิวจราจรแอสฟัลต์ติกคอนกรีตในซอยเทศบาล ๗๗ หมู่ที่ ๓ (ถนนสายวัดอภัย) บ้านปล้องใต้ ตำบลปล้อง อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย ระยะทางรวม 940 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 4,310 ตารางเมตร เพื่อลดอุบัติเหตุและอำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางของประชาชน เทศบาลตำบลบ้านปล้องได้จัดสรรงบประมาณ 1,765,000 บาท สำหรับโครงการนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อทำงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด เทศบาลจะพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นหลักเกณฑ์ในการตัดสิน และผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า 706,000 บาท และมีผู้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือช่างในอัตราที่กำหนด

The project aims to improve the asphalt concrete pavement in Soi Thesaban 77, Moo 3 (Wat Aphai Road), Ban Plong Tai, Plong Subdistrict, Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province, with a total length of 940 meters, a thickness of 0.05 meters, and an area of not less than 4,310 square meters. The objectives are to reduce accidents and facilitate public transportation. Ban Plong Subdistrict Municipality has allocated a budget of 1,765,000 baht for this project. The contractor must complete the construction within 90 days from the signing date of the contract, with a single payment upon completion of the work according to the requirements. The municipality will consider price as the primary criterion for decision-making, and the contractor must guarantee the work’s defects for at least 2 years. The contractor must meet specified qualifications, such as having construction work experience of the same type of at least 706,000 baht and employing certified skilled workers at the specified rate.
