โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก สายบ้านนายคํารณ พุ่มพวง ในหมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลหัวถนน อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงพื้นผิวถนนเดิม การวางชั้นทรายหยาบ การเทคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กหนา 0.15 เมตร การวางท่อ คสล. ขนาด 60x100 ซม. จำนวน 15 ท่อน (7 ท่อนที่จุดแรก และ 8 ท่อนที่จุดที่สอง) พร้อมยาแนว และการเสริมขอบทางด้วยหินคลุก นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราว 2 ป้าย และป้ายถาวร 1 ป้าย รวมถึงการตีเส้นจราจรตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาผู้ควบคุมงานที่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรโยธา และใช้ช่างที่มีมาตรฐานฝีมือไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 10 ของแต่ละสาขาช่าง โดยต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete road in Moo 9, Hua Thanon Subdistrict, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province. The scope of work includes improving the existing road surface, laying a layer of coarse sand, pouring 0.15-meter-thick reinforced concrete, installing 15 culvert pipes (7 at the first point and 8 at the second point) with sealing, and reinforcing the road edges with crushed rock. It also includes installing 2 temporary project signs and 1 permanent sign, as well as pavement markings according to the Department of Rural Roads standards. The contractor must provide a supervisor with a civil engineer professional license and employ skilled technicians with standards not less than 10 percent in each field. The project requires using materials manufactured domestically at least 60 percent of the total material value and using steel manufactured domestically at least 90 percent of the total steel used.
