โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการของกรมทางหลวงชนบท มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเส้นทางขนส่งพืชผลทางการเกษตร บนถนนสาย อน.3028 แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 333 – บ้านหนองไม้แก่น ในอำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยมีระยะทางดำเนินการรวม 3.000 กิโลเมตร แบ่งเป็นสองช่วง คือ กม.ที่ 1+170 ถึง 3+010 และ กม.ที่ 3+500 ถึง 4+660 การปรับปรุงประกอบด้วย การซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต, การขยายไหล่ทาง, การทำ Pavement In-Place Recycling, การติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง, และการปรับปรุงท่อระบายน้ำเดิม รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายจราจรใหม่ งานหลักคือการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างถนนเดิมด้วยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling โดยใช้ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ผสม และเสริมชั้นหินคลุก มีการขยายความกว้างของถนนในบางช่วง และปูผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตทั้งชั้น Binder Course และ Wearing Course

This Department of Rural Roads project aims to improve the agricultural transportation route on road number ON.3028, connecting Highway 333 to Ban Nong Mai Kaen in Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province. The project covers a total distance of 3.000 kilometers, divided into two sections: km. 1+170 to 3+010 and km. 3+500 to 4+660. Improvements include asphalt concrete road resurfacing, shoulder widening, Pavement In-Place Recycling, installation of lighting poles, and renovation of existing drainage pipes, along with the installation of new traffic signs. The core work involves rehabilitating the existing road structure using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method with Portland cement mix and adding a crushed rock layer. The road width will be expanded in certain sections, and asphalt concrete surfacing will be applied for both the Binder Course and Wearing Course.
