โครงการปรับปรุงโรงเรียนวัดจันทรสโมสร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโรงเรียนให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนักเรียน โดยใช้งบประมาณ 2,418,000 บาท ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดทำแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้าง และการกำหนดราคากลาง โดยคณะกรรมการที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คณะกรรมการจัดทำแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้าง ผังบริเวณ รายการประมาณราคา และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนคณะกรรมการกำหนดราคากลางมีหน้าที่กำหนดราคากลางงานก่อสร้างตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
