โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ในหมู่ที่ 6 บ้านธารนพเก้า (สายหนองสามขา) ตำบลหนองหว้า อำเภอเขาฉกรรจ์ จังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้: ขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร, ความหนา 0.15 เมตร, ระยะทางยาว 1,734 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่คอนกรีตไม่น้อยกว่า 6,670 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการวางท่อระบายน้ําภายในสายทางตามแบบที่กําหนด

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุประเภทวัสดุหรือครุภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา
This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) road in Moo 6, Ban Tharnopkao (Sai Nong Sam Kha), Nong Wa Sub-district, Khao Chakan District, Sa Kaeo Province. The road will have a traffic surface width of 5.00 meters, a thickness of 0.15 meters, and a length of 1,734 meters. The scope of work includes adjusting the existing road surface, laying a coarse sand base, pouring the concrete surface, installing reinforcement, making concrete joints, and finishing the concrete surface. It also includes the installation of RC drain pipes with headwalls in some sections. The contractor must use materials and equipment manufactured in the country at least 60 percent of the total value of the material and use steel which is produced in the country at least 90 percent of the total steel used in the contract.
