รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) มีความประสงค์จะซื้อและติดตั้งระบบป้องกันและควบคุมอัตโนมัติ (Substation Automation System) สำหรับสถานีย่อยร่มเกล้าและสถานีย่อยสายลม โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
สถานีย่อยร่มเกล้า:
- งวดที่ 1: ดำเนินการออกแบบและปรับปรุงห้องควบคุม
- งวดที่ 2: จัดหา AC Distribution Panel No.1 และ No.2
- งวดที่ 3: จัดหาระบบ Substation Automation System ซึ่งประกอบด้วย Centralized Controller Unit (CCU), Time and Date Facilities, Operator Workstation (HMI), SCADA/EMS Communication Facilities, Engineering PC, DC/DC converter หรือ DC/AC inverter, BCUs and Protection Relays, Cubicle for BCUs and Protection Relays, Ethernet Switches, Console Furniture และ Simulation test box
- งวดที่ 4: จัดหา Fire resistance control cable, Fire seal, Cable tray/ladder, พร้อมติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด และทดสอบระบบ (Site test และ Commissioning Test) รวมถึงรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เดิม
สถานีย่อยสายลม:
- งวดที่ 1: ดำเนินการออกแบบและปรับปรุงห้องควบคุม
- งวดที่ 2: จัดหา Relay and control panel ตามรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคที่กำหนด
- งวดที่ 3: จัดหา Fire resistance control cable, Fire seal, Cable tray/ladder, พร้อมติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องระบุยี่ห้อ/รุ่น/ชื่อและประเทศผู้ผลิตของ Substation Automation system integrator และ Protective relay ให้ชัดเจน และต้องเป็นยี่ห้อเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากเสนอมากกว่าหนึ่งยี่ห้อ กฟน. จะไม่รับพิจารณา
The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) intends to procure and install a Substation Automation System for Romklao and Sailom substations. Bidders must propose systems that meet specified qualifications, including design, equipment supply (Centralized Controller Unit, Operator Workstation, Protection Relays, etc.), installation, system testing, and removal of obsolete equipment. Romklao substation project has 4 phases, and Sailom substation project has 3 phases.
