โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อรถตรวจการดับเพลิงเคลื่อนที่เร็ว (ปิคอัพ) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ จำนวน 1 คัน โดยฝ่ายปกครอง สำนักงานเขตสัมพันธวงศ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร รถดับเพลิงดังกล่าวจะต้องมีความจุถังไม่น้อยกว่า 500 ลิตร งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 1,300,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านสามแสนบาทถ้วน) ซึ่งมาจากงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 ราคากลางของรถตรวจการดับเพลิงพร้อมอุปกรณ์ชุดนี้กำหนดไว้ที่ 1,300,000 บาท โดยอ้างอิงจากราคาท้องตลาดของบริษัทต่างๆ ได้แก่ บริษัท ณัฐกรวิศวกรรม จำกัด, บริษัท ทัศจินดา จำกัด และ บริษัท พีเอสเรสคิ้ว จำกัด ผู้รับผิดชอบในการกำหนดราคากลางประกอบด้วย นายสิทธิภูมิ พงษ์ศิลา (ประธานกรรมการ), นายภาคภูมิ ภู่ประภา (กรรมการ), และ นายยุทธนา ปรือทอง (กรรมการ) วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการดับเพลิงและกู้ภัยในพื้นที่เขตสัมพันธวงศ์

This project involves the procurement of one rapid response firefighting vehicle (pickup truck) with equipment by the Administration Department, Samphanthawong District Office, Bangkok. The fire truck must have a tank capacity of not less than 500 liters. The budget for this project is 1,300,000 Baht (One million three hundred thousand Baht), allocated from the fiscal year 2025 budget. The median price of the firefighting vehicle with this equipment is set at 1,300,000 Baht, based on market prices from several companies: Nattakorn Engineering Co., Ltd., Thatchinda Co., Ltd., and PS Rescue Co., Ltd. The persons responsible for determining the median price are Mr. Sittiphum Phongsila (Chairman), Mr. Phakphum Phu Prapha (Committee Member), and Mr. Yutthana Pruethong (Committee Member). The main objective is to increase efficiency in firefighting and rescue operations in the Samphanthawong district area.
