โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำหรับสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม (สศอ.) เพื่อใช้ในการประเมินศักยภาพการประกอบกิจการภาคอุตสาหกรรม ระบบนี้จะทำการตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้อมูล, ประมวลผล, และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลประกอบการด้านเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงปัจจัยการผลิตในด้านเทคโนโลยี, พลังงาน, และสิ่งแวดล้อม. นอกจากนี้, ระบบจะเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และจัดเก็บข้อมูลผลประกอบการอย่างปลอดภัย. ระบบจะแสดงผลการวิเคราะห์และส่งข้อมูลกลับไปยังระบบรายงานข้อมูลกลางของกระทรวงฯ ได้. ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์วิธีการประเมินศักยภาพ, การออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้อมูล (Data Cleansing), การประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, การพัฒนาระบบเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลและ API, การพัฒนาระบบแสดงผล (Front-End), และการจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูล. โครงการมีระยะเวลา 9 เดือน และมีตัวชี้วัดทั้งในระดับผลผลิต (ระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 1 ระบบ) และระดับผลลัพธ์ (รายงานผลการประเมินศักยภาพและรายงาน GPP).

This project aims to develop a data analysis system for the Office of Industrial Economics (OIE) to assess the potential of industrial operations. The system will perform data quality checks, processing, and analysis of industrial economic performance data, including production factors in technology, energy, and environment. Additionally, the system will integrate data from internal and external agencies of the Ministry of Industry and securely store operational data. The system will display analysis results and send data back to the Ministry’s central data reporting system. The scope of work includes studying and analyzing assessment methods, designing and developing a data cleansing system, data processing and analysis, developing a data linkage and API system, developing a front-end display system, and database storage. The project has a duration of 9 months and has indicators at both the output level (1 data analysis system) and the outcome level (performance assessment reports and GPP reports).
