การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างผู้ให้บริการเพื่อตรวจสอบ ติดตาม และรวบรวมข่าวสารและความคิดเห็นจากสื่อออนไลน์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ PEA ทั้งในเชิงบวก เป็นกลาง และเชิงลบ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยผู้ให้บริการจะต้องมีเครื่องมือหรือระบบที่สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลแบบ Real-time กำหนดคำค้นได้ไม่จำกัดทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ และมีระบบสำรอง มีการรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทุก 2 ชั่วโมงผ่าน LINE Group และจัดทำรายงานสรุปประเด็นข่าวในรูปแบบ PowerPoint และ Dashboard รวมถึงการประมวลผลในรูปแบบรายเดือน ราย 3 เดือน และรายปี นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องบันทึกประเด็นข่าวเชิงลบลงในระบบรับฟังเสียงของลูกค้า (PEA-VOC System) และประสานงานกับสื่อมวลชนเพื่อชี้แจงข่าวในกรณีจำเป็น รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ PR Value และมีทีมงานตอบคำถามบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ โครงการมีระยะเวลา 375 วัน

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) intends to hire a service provider to monitor, track, and collect news and opinions from online media and social media related to PEA, covering positive, neutral, and negative sentiments, 24/7. The service provider must have tools or systems capable of real-time data retrieval, unlimited keyword settings in both Thai and English, and backup systems. They must report monitoring results and data analysis every 2 hours via LINE Group and provide summary reports in PowerPoint and Dashboard formats, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The provider must also record negative news items in the PEA-VOC System and coordinate with the media for clarifications when necessary, as well as analyze PR Value and have a team to answer questions on social media. The project duration is 375 days.
