ประกาศนี้เป็นการเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องป้องกันฟ้าผ่าแรงดันต่ำ (LOW VOLTAGE SURGE ARRESTERS) จำนวน 40,700 ชุด ตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดโดยการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) อุปกรณ์นี้ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน IEC 61643-1: 2002 หรือฉบับล่าสุด และเหมาะสำหรับระบบไฟฟ้า 400V โดยมีพิกัดกระแส Nominal discharge current 5 kA และ Maximum discharge current 10 kA ต้องมาพร้อมกับอุปกรณ์ประกอบ ได้แก่ แคลมป์สำหรับยึดสายตัวนำอลูมิเนียม, อุปกรณ์ปลดวงจร (Disconnecting device), สายดินทองแดงหุ้มฉนวน และ Ground connector แบบ Bolt type สำหรับต่อสายดินเข้ากับสายตีเกลียวชุบสังกะสี ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นรายงานผลการทดสอบ Type test และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา และผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องผลิตจากโรงงานที่ได้รับการรับรองระบบ ISO 9001 โดยจะทำการจัดซื้อพัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ

เครื่องป้องกันฟ้าผ่าแรงดันต่ำนี้ จะนำไปติดตั้งเพื่อป้องกันอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าจากการ surge voltage อันเนื่องมาจากฟ้าผ่า หรือ switching แรงดันในระบบไฟฟ้า ซึ่งจะช่วยลดความเสียหายและเพิ่มความมั่นคงของระบบไฟฟ้าของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค

This announcement invites interested parties to participate in an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the procurement of 40,700 units of LOW VOLTAGE SURGE ARRESTERS, according to the specifications set by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). The equipment must comply with IEC 61643-1: 2002 or the latest edition, and be suitable for 400V systems, with a Nominal discharge current of 5 kA and a Maximum discharge current of 10 kA. It must be complete with accessories, including a suspension clamp for aluminum conductors, a disconnecting device, insulated copper ground lead, and a bolted-type ground connector for connecting the ground lead to a galvanized steel stranded conductor. Bidders must submit Type test reports and other relevant documents for consideration. The product must be manufactured in a factory certified with ISO 9001, and procurement will prioritize domestically produced goods.

These low-voltage surge arresters will be installed to protect electrical equipment from surge voltages caused by lightning or voltage switching in the electrical system, which will help reduce damage and increase the stability of the Provincial Electricity Authority’s electrical system.
