โครงการนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพถนนและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในบริเวณย่านชุมชนบนถนนสาย ชพ.4004 แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 3253 - บ้านดอนตะเคียน อำเภอปะทิว จังหวัดชุมพร โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่ครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงหลายส่วน ได้แก่ การก่อสร้างถนนกว้าง 12.00 เมตรในบางช่วง, การซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลติกคอนกรีตโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling, การก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ชนิดท่อกลม, และการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างแบบกิ่งเดียวเสาสูง 9.00 เมตร จำนวน 12 ต้น โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและระบบอำนวยความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้การสัญจรในพื้นที่เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัย

This project aims to improve road conditions and enhance safety in the community area on Chumphon Provincial Highway 4004 (ChP.4004), at the intersection of Highway 3253 - Ban Don Takhian, Pathio District, Chumphon Province. The project’s scope includes road construction, asphalt concrete surface repair using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method, construction of reinforced concrete (RC) drainage channels (round pipes), and installation of 12 single-arm streetlights with 9.00-meter poles. This project focuses on upgrading infrastructure and safety systems to ensure smooth and safe travel in the area.
