รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด ๑ ตัน ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ํากว่า ๒,๔๐๐ ซีซี หรือกําลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ํากว่า ๑๑๐ กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน ๒ ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ 4 ประตู จำนวน ๒๓ คัน เพื่อทดแทนรถยนต์เดิมที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม และเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติภารกิจด้านการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยให้เป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วเเละมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุกดีเซลตามคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนด เช่น ขนาดเครื่องยนต์ ระบบส่งกำลัง ช่วงล่าง อุปกรณ์มาตรฐานทั้งภายนอกและภายใน ระบบความปลอดภัย และอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมต่างๆ เช่น วัสดุปูพื้นกระบะ ฟิล์มกรองแสง กล้องบันทึกภาพหน้า และสัญญาณไฟฉุกเฉิน
ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์ และได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต มีศูนย์บริการที่ได้มาตรฐานในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล มีการรับประกันคุณภาพรถ และการบำรุงรักษา
การส่งมอบรถจะต้องเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา และเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR รวมถึงการพ่นสีและติดเครื่องหมายตามที่กำหนด
The project aims to procure 23 units of 1-ton diesel pickup trucks with a cylinder volume of at least 2,400 CC or a maximum engine power of at least 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab, 4-door type. This is to replace the old, dilapidated vehicles and to support the mission of disaster prevention and mitigation efficiently.
The scope of work includes the procurement of diesel pickup trucks according to the specified characteristics, such as engine size, transmission system, suspension, standard equipment both inside and outside, safety systems, and additional equipment such as bed liners, window tint film, front camera, and emergency light.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have experience, and be appointed as a dealer from the manufacturer, have standard service centers in Bangkok and surrounding areas, have a car quality guarantee and maintenance.
The delivery of the vehicles must be on time and in accordance with the conditions specified in the TOR, including painting and marking as specified.
