โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดหาวัสดุก่อสร้าง ประกอบด้วย หินใหญ่, หินย่อย, เหล็กเส้นกลม, และเหล็กข้ออ้อย เพื่อใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง โดยวัสดุแต่ละชนิดมีข้อกำหนดเฉพาะที่เข้มงวดเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและความทนทาน หินใหญ่ต้องมีรูปร่างเหลี่ยมค่อนข้างกลม มีความถ่วงจำเพาะไม่น้อยกว่า 2.60 ทนทานต่อการขัดสีและการกัดเซาะ หินย่อยต้องเป็นหินโม่ มีความถ่วงจำเพาะไม่น้อยกว่า 2.60 และผ่านเกณฑ์การทดสอบความมั่นคง (Soundness) เหล็กเส้นกลม (SR 24) และเหล็กข้ออ้อย (SD 30, SD 40, SD 50) ต้องผลิตจากเหล็กแท่งด้วยกรรมวิธีรีดร้อน และมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) ที่กำหนด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดหาวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ เพื่อให้งานก่อสร้างมีความแข็งแรงและได้มาตรฐานตามที่ต้องการ

This project involves the procurement of construction materials, including large stones, crushed stones, round steel bars, and deformed steel bars, for use in construction work. Each material has specific requirements to ensure quality and durability. Large stones must have a sub-angular shape with a specific gravity of not less than 2.60 and be resistant to abrasion and erosion. Crushed stones must be machine-crushed, have a specific gravity of not less than 2.60, and pass the Soundness test. Round steel bars (SR 24) and deformed steel bars (SD 30, SD 40, SD 50) must be produced from billets by hot rolling and meet the specified Thai Industrial Standards (TIS). Bidders must provide materials that meet these requirements to ensure the construction work is strong and meets the required standards.
