การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อฮาร์ดแวร์สำหรับสายไฟฟ้าแรงสูงเหนือศีรษะ (OVERHEAD LINE HARDWARE) ตามรายละเอียดสเปคเลขที่ RHDW-013/2554 โดยมีรายการหลักคือ เหล็กรางน้ำ ขนาด 100x50x5 มม. ยาว 4.2 ม. (จำนวน 40 ชิ้น) และเหล็กประกับคอนสาย ขนาด 50x50x6 มม. ยาว 1 ม. (จำนวน 100 ชิ้น) วัสดุทั้งหมดต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) หรือมาตรฐานเทียบเท่า และต้องผ่านการชุบสังกะสีแบบจุ่มร้อน (Hot-dip galvanized) เพื่อป้องกันการกัดกร่อน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบเอกสารรับรองผลการทดสอบ Type Test Report พร้อมกับการยื่นซอง และตัวอย่างสินค้าภายใน 5 วันทำการหลังจากการเสนอราคา นอกจากนี้ ขนาดและเกลียวของสลักเกลียว (Bolt) และน็อต (Nut) ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่ กฟภ. กำหนด และผ่านการทดสอบตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) intends to procure overhead line hardware according to specification number RHDW-013/2554. The main items are channel steel, size 100x50x5 mm, 4.2 m long (40 pieces), and alley arm brace of angle steel, 50x50x6 mm, 1,000 mm long (100 pieces). All materials must comply with TIS standards or equivalent and must be hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion. Bidders must submit a Type Test Report with their bid and product samples within 5 business days after the bid submission. Furthermore, the dimensions and threads of bolts and nuts must comply with PEA standards and pass the specified acceptance tests.
