โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) เชื่อมระหว่างบ้านดอนงัวและบ้านสร้างแก้ว ในตำบลสร้างแก้ว อำเภอเชียงของ จังหวัดเชียงราย โครงการนี้จะช่วยพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมขนส่งในพื้นที่ ส่งเสริมการเดินทางและการขนส่งสินค้าของประชาชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนน คสล. ระยะทางรวม 1,170 เมตร ผิวจราจรกว้าง 4.00 เมตร และมีความหนา 0.15 เมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงงานไหล่ทางและงานวางท่อระบายน้ำ เพื่อให้ถนนมีความแข็งแรงและสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างยาวนาน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบแปลนและข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา รวมถึงต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และบุคลากรที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด การส่งมอบงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่หน่วยงานราชการกำหนด

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) road connecting Ban Don Ngua and Ban Sang Kaeo in Sang Kaeo Subdistrict, Chiang Khong District, Chiang Rai Province.
