TOR ฉบับนี้เกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อกล้องจุลทรรศน์พร้อมชุดถ่ายภาพ จำนวน 2 ชุด เพื่อใช้งานในงานพยาธิวิทยาและนิติเวชศาสตร์ของโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรค ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องเป็นผู้ได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคายังต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ในประกาศ กค (กวจ) ว124 ลงวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2566 และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง เกณฑ์การพิจารณาจะแบ่งเป็น ราคา 70% และคุณภาพและบริการหลังการขาย 30% โดยพิจารณาจากคุณภาพและมาตรฐานเครื่องมือ การเสนอคุณสมบัติด้านเทคนิค และบริการหลังการขาย เช่น ระยะเวลารับประกันและข้อเสนอบำรุงรักษา

This TOR is for the procurement of 2 microscope and photography sets for the pathology and forensic medicine department of Chulabhorn Hospital. The main objective is to improve the efficiency of disease diagnosis. Bidders must meet legal requirements, such as having legal capacity and not being bankrupt, and must be appointed as a distributor from the manufacturer or distributor in Thailand. In addition, bidders must have a net worth of business according to the criteria specified in the notification of the Comptroller General’s Department (GCA) No. 0405.2/W124 dated March 1, 2023, and must register in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The evaluation criteria will be divided into price (70%) and quality and after-sales service (30%), considering the quality and standards of the equipment, technical specifications, and after-sales service such as warranty period and maintenance proposals.
