โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยเทศบาลเมืองคลองแห มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตบนถนนอัมพวัน ตั้งแต่บริเวณหน้าตลาดฟุกเทียนไปจนถึงถนนท่าไทรในพื้นที่บางหยี ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการ Overlay ผิวจราจรเดิมด้วยแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต หนา 0.05 เมตร ครอบคลุมความกว้างเฉลี่ย 8.70 เมตร และความยาวรวม 2,760 เมตร หรือพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 24,000 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการตีเส้นจราจรตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่สำรวจสภาพพื้นที่และรายงานผลให้ผู้ควบคุมงานทราบก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการก่อสร้าง หากพบว่าสภาพพื้นที่จริงไม่ตรงตามแบบแปลน ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสนอ Shop Drawing เพื่อขออนุมัติการแก้ไขจากคณะกรรมการและผู้ว่าจ้าง โดยต้องคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์ของทางราชการเป็นสำคัญ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาวิศวกรโยธาเพื่อควบคุมงาน และนำส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อพิจารณาก่อนเริ่มงานก่อสร้าง เมื่อแล้วเสร็จ ก่อนส่งมอบงาน ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการเจาะทดสอบความหนาของชั้นผิวจราจรตามที่คณะกรรมการเห็นชอบ
The project, undertaken by Khlong Hae Municipality, aims to improve the asphalt concrete pavement on Amphawan Road, from Fuk Thian Market to Tha Sai Road in Bang Yi area. The scope of work includes overlaying the existing pavement with 0.05-meter-thick asphalt concrete, covering an average width of 8.70 meters and a total length of 2,760 meters, or a total area of not less than 24,000 square meters. Additionally, it includes applying traffic lines according to the specified plan.
The contractor is responsible for surveying the site conditions and reporting the results to the supervisor before commencing construction. If the actual site conditions deviate from the plan, the contractor must submit a Shop Drawing to request approval for revisions from the committee and the employer, while prioritizing the government’s interests. The contractor must provide a civil engineer to supervise the work and submit relevant documents for consideration before starting construction. Upon completion, before handing over the work, the contractor must conduct drilling tests to verify the thickness of the pavement layer as approved by the committee.
