เอกสารนี้เป็นแบบมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) จัดทำโดยกรมทางหลวงชนบท พิมพ์ครั้งที่ 4 ในเดือนธันวาคม 2556 จำนวน 1,500 เล่ม มีเลข ISBN 978-974-9848-75-3 กำหนดให้คู่สัญญาต้องใช้วัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของพัสดุที่จะใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะเหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าที่เป็นพัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศ ต้องใช้ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด หากยังไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด สามารถใช้วัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศประเภทอื่นเพิ่มเติมได้เพื่อให้ครบตามข้อกำหนด
แบบมาตรฐานนี้แสดงรายละเอียดต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับงานทาง เช่น รูปตัดตามขวางผิวจราจร ค.ส.ล. ตารางแสดงรายละเอียดเหล็กเสริมสำหรับอุณหภูมิ รวมถึงแผนผังการเสริมเหล็ก เพื่อให้ อปท. ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานก่อสร้างและบำรุงรักษาถนนให้มีมาตรฐานและมีคุณภาพ

This document is a standard road design for Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs), prepared by the Department of Rural Roads, 4th edition, December 2013, 1,500 copies, ISBN 978-974-9848-75-3. It stipulates that contractors must use domestically produced materials for no less than 60% of the materials used in construction, especially steel or steel products that are domestically produced. No less than 90% of the total amount of steel used in the construction must be domestically produced. If the specified percentage is not met, other types of domestically produced materials can be used to meet the 60% requirement.
This standard design shows details about road work, such as the cross-sectional view of concrete road surfaces, tables showing details of temperature reinforcement, and reinforcement plans. This is a guideline for LAOs to carry out road construction and maintenance to meet standards and quality.
