เอกสารนี้เป็นแบบมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) โดยกรมทางหลวงชนบท ฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 4 (ธันวาคม 2556) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) โดยเน้นที่รายละเอียดการเสริมเหล็กและรอยต่อถนน เพื่อให้โครงสร้างถนนมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนาน

แบบมาตรฐานนี้ กำหนดให้ใช้พัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศ โดยเฉพาะเหล็กและเหล็กกล้า ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของพัสดุที่จะใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง และเหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าต้องไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด หากไม่ครบตามกำหนด สามารถใช้พัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศประเภทอื่นเพิ่มเติมได้

รายละเอียดในแบบประกอบด้วย รูปตัดขวางผิวจราจร ค.ส.ล., แปลนแสดงการเสริมเหล็ก, ตารางแสดงรายละเอียดเหล็กเสริม (Temperature Steel), และรายละเอียดรอยต่อประเภทต่างๆ (Contraction Joint, Expansion Joint, Longitudinal Joint, Construction Joint) รวมถึงรายละเอียดการเตรียมร่องคอนกรีตสำหรับหยอดยางยาแนว การทำผิวหน้าคอนกรีตให้หยาบ และข้อกำหนดวัสดุต่างๆ เช่น คอนกรีต, เหล็กเสริม, ยางยาแนว (Mastic Joint Sealer), และ Joint Filler โดยอ้างอิงมาตรฐานต่างๆ เช่น AASHTO, ASTM, และ มอก.

This document is a standard road design for Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs) by the Department of Rural Roads, 4th edition (December 2013). It aims to provide guidelines for constructing reinforced concrete (RC) roads, focusing on reinforcement and joint details to ensure the road structure’s strength, durability, and long service life.

The standard requires the use of domestically produced materials, especially steel and steel products, for at least 60% of the construction materials. The steel or steel products must account for at least 90% of the total steel used in the construction. If these requirements are not met, other domestically produced materials can be added to meet the 60% requirement.

The details in the design include cross-sectional views of RC pavements, reinforcement plans, tables showing reinforcement details (Temperature Steel), and details of various joint types (Contraction Joint, Expansion Joint, Longitudinal Joint, Construction Joint). It also includes details on preparing concrete grooves for sealant, roughening the concrete surface, and material specifications such as concrete, reinforcement steel, mastic joint sealer, and joint filler, referencing standards such as AASHTO, ASTM, and TIS.
