This project aims to develop a data and digital service integration platform for the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA)'s information systems, utilizing API, API Gateway, and Event-Streaming Platform technologies. The objectives are to enhance the connectivity of internal PWA systems, support user scalability, increase system management flexibility, and strengthen data security. The scope of work includes system analysis, installation and development of an API Management system, Access Control system, Plugin Management system, Monitoring and Logging system, and Application Delivery Controller software. The project also includes system testing, PWA staff training, and documentation. The contractor must deliver all work within 120 days and provide a 12-month warranty for defects.
