การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้ให้บริการระบบประปาภายในสถานที่ใช้น้ำในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานประปาสาขาในสังกัดผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการ (บริการ 1) โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การให้บริการสำรวจ ซ่อมแซม และติดตั้งระบบประปา รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบ้านและอาคารของผู้ใช้น้ำ กปน. ในพื้นที่ที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ช่างประปาที่ผ่านการอบรม มีอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งยานพาหนะในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยจะต้องสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็วภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับการแจ้งเรื่อง

งานบริการครอบคลุมถึงการสำรวจหาท่อรั่ว การซ่อมท่อประปาทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร การวางท่อประปาใหม่ การเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ และการล้างถังพักน้ำ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ค่าแรง ค่าวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (ยกเว้นบางรายการที่ระบุไว้) ค่าน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง และค่าโทรศัพท์ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องแต่งกายสุภาพ และสามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การประเมินผลงานจะพิจารณาจากความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนอง ความถูกต้องของงาน และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า หากผู้รับจ้างไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด จะมีค่าปรับตามที่ระบุในสัญญา

Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to hire a service provider for plumbing systems within customer premises in the area of responsibility of the branch offices under the Assistant Governor (Service 1). The main scope of work includes providing survey, repair, and installation services for plumbing systems and related equipment inside the houses and buildings of MWA water users in the specified areas. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, such as trained plumbers, appropriate equipment and tools, as well as vehicles for operations, and must be able to respond to customer needs quickly within 24 hours of receiving a notification.

The service covers leak detection, repair of plumbing both inside and outside buildings, installation of new plumbing, replacement of sanitary ware, and water tank cleaning. The contractor is responsible for related expenses such as labor, equipment (except for certain specified items), fuel costs, and telephone charges. The contractor must dress appropriately and be able to communicate effectively with customers. Performance will be assessed based on speed of response, accuracy of work, and customer satisfaction. If the contractor fails to comply with the specified conditions, penalties will be applied as specified in the contract.
