ประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างทาสีอาคารเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาลศรีบุณยานุสสรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้โรงเรียนมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่สะอาด สวยงาม เป็นระเบียบ และปลอดภัย ซึ่งเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนและบุคลากร โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการทาสีอาคารเรียนทั้งหมดของโรงเรียน ทั้งภายนอกอาคาร, ส่วนที่เป็นเหล็ก และส่วนที่เป็นไม้ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด เช่น การขัดสนิมเหล็ก, การทำความสะอาดพื้นผิว, การทาสีรองพื้น, และการทาสีจริงทับหน้าตามจำนวนครั้งที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการทาสีผนังปูนโดยล้างทำความสะอาด ขัดสีเก่าออก ทาสีรองพื้นปูนเก่า เก็บโป๊วรอยแตกร้าว และทาสีจริงทับหน้าสองครั้ง สำหรับส่วนที่เป็นเหล็กต้องขัดสนิม ทาสีกันสนิม และทาสีจริงทับหน้าสองครั้ง ส่วนที่เป็นไม้ต้องทำความสะอาด ขัดกระดาษทราย รองพื้นด้วยแชล็ค และทาสีจริงทับหน้าสองครั้ง โดยสีที่ใช้ต้องเป็นสีอะคริลิก 100% ชนิดกึ่งเงากันเชื้อราตามมาตรฐาน มอก. และสีน้ำมันคุณภาพเทียบเท่า

ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดคือ 90 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และยื่นข้อเสนอตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ระบุไว้

The contractor must follow the specified procedures such as rust removal, surface cleaning, primer application, and topcoat painting as specified in the TOR.

The scope of work includes painting the concrete walls by cleaning, sanding old paint, applying old cement primer, patching cracks, and applying two top coats. For steel parts, rust must be removed, rust-proof paint applied, and two top coats applied. Wooden parts must be cleaned, sanded, shellac primer applied, and two top coats applied. The paint used must be 100% acrylic semi-gloss anti-mold paint according to TIS standards and equivalent quality oil paint.

The total duration of the project is 90 days from the date of signing the contract. Interested bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and submit proposals according to the specified criteria.
