วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด มีความประสงค์จะทำการจ้างปรับปรุงอาคารปฏิบัติการโรงแรม เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และเป็นสวัสดิการให้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา นักเรียน นักศึกษา รวมถึงประชาชนทั่วไปที่เข้ามาติดต่อและใช้บริการ โดยมีเป้าหมายให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการโรงแรมและมีความปลอดภัย โครงการนี้ได้รับงบประมาณจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เป็นจำนวน 7,173,400 บาท ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างอาคาร, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบน้ำ, งานตกแต่งภายใน (Lobby, ห้องประชุม, ห้องเรียนบาร์, ห้องพัก), งานปรับปรุงภายนอก (Facade), งานจัดสวน และงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างอาคาร

Roi Et Vocational College intends to hire contractors to renovate the hotel practice building. The purpose is to provide a venue for educational activities, enhance learning efficiency, and provide welfare for administrators, teachers, educational personnel, students, and the general public who come to contact and use the services. The goal is to meet hotel standards and ensure safety. This project is funded by the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, fiscal year 2025, in the amount of 7,173,400 baht. The scope of work includes building structure renovation, electrical systems, water systems, interior decoration (Lobby, meeting room, bar classroom, guest rooms), exterior renovation (Facade), landscaping, and other related works. Payments will be made in installments based on the progress of the work. Interested bidders must meet the qualifications prescribed by law and have experience related to building construction.
